I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner of 12 years and founder of Purple Lotus Reiki, a space devoted to energetic alignment, restoration, and inner peace. My work is guided by intuition, compassion, and a lifelong connection to subtle energy. I help clients release what weighs them down so they can rise into clarity, balance, and calm.

Before stepping fully into this healing path, I spent years as a strategic HR leader, supporting others through transformation and growth. That experience taught me the power of presence — how listening deeply and holding space can help people reconnect with their own resilience. Reiki became the natural evolution of that calling.

At Purple Lotus Reiki, each session is an invitation to breathe, soften, and return to yourself. I blend traditional Usui Reiki with a heart-centered approach that honors the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. When I'm not in practice, I'm a devoted Nonnie to 3 beautiful granddaughters, a loving mother, stepmother, and a proud wife of 20 years. Family is my heart — they inspire everything I do.
